Refund Policy
Deposit and Refund Policy Agreement
1. Deposit Requirement
To secure your order for all our products, a non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total purchase price is required upfront for production or acquiring of the products to commence.
2. Non-Refundable Clause
By paying the 70% deposit, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that this amount is strictly non-refundable. This deposit secures materials, reserves production time, and covers preliminary work. If the Buyer cancels the order, changes their mind, or fails to complete the purchase, the 70% deposit will be forfeited to Nyathi Branding & Flooring as liquidated damages.
3. Balance and Payment Terms
The remaining balance of 30% is due upon [completion of the product / before shipping / upon delivery]. In the event the Buyer does not cancel the order or notify any changes to the order, the Buyer is liable to the payment of the 30% balance payment. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of notification may result in the cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the 70% deposit.
4. Production and Delivery Timeline
Upon receipt of the 70% deposit, Nyathi Branding & Flooring will begin fulfilling your order. The estimated delivery or completion time is estimated according to the required product. Production delays caused by unforeseen circumstances [e.g., supply chain disruptions, weather, raw material shortages] do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds. Any delays on the Buyer's end (such as delayed communication or failure to provide required details) may extend this timeline.
5. Exceptions to the Policy
While the deposit is non-refundable, Nyathi Branding & Flooring will issue a full refund, including the deposit, if:
We are unable to fulfill or produce your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
The product arrives defective or damaged, and cannot be reasonably repaired or replaced.
Refund is processed with 30 -180 days and a 20% handling fee to be deducted from the payment.
